This hotel suits me perfectly with comfy beds, free parking, and a great jacuzzi. The staff were amazing. they helped me with plug adaptors during my first stay, which I truly appreciated. I highly recommend it, and I'm coming back for a xmas.

great bed , but noisy neighbors

The beds are incredibly comfortable, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. I particularly enjoyed the unique hot tub experience, which felt like a mountaintop retreat.

we had a wonderful stay at fox hotel and suites for 6 nights. the queen room was cozy and well-maintained, and the two double beds in the suite were really comfortable. the staff was super friendly and cleaned our room daily, which was lovely to come back to after a long day. the hot pool looked nice, and we loved that it was just a short walk to restaurants.

Just a reliable pick for a day tour in Banff with great value for money. The free bus pass made getting around easy. If you stay in a loft, crank the AC before you leave.

Great stay for 4 nights with friends! We loved hitting the slopes—bus to Sunshine and Lake Louise stops right outside. The fitness room was a perfect way to unwind after a day of skiing. Staff was super friendly and the hot tub area was awesome for relaxing!

Only downside was the distance from town. it was a bit of a walk which got tiring after a few days. But it wasn't a deal-breaker.

While the continental breakfast included nice options like fruit salads, the limited offerings left room for improvement. The location, slightly farther from downtown, required taxis in colder weather, adding to our transportation costs.
